Thank you for an amazing lesson! Every lesson with Kana-sensei is very well-structured and planned, there is no minute wasted. I enjoy learning new grammar, and Kana-sensei always explains it in easy manner with a lot of real-life examples. I look forward to our next lesson!

Kana is a great teacher who always keeps the conversation going while supporting with new vocabulary topics/as we go. I’ve found Kana to be great at a variety of lesson styles, whether open conversation, going through articles or exploring topics online. It's been a while since I've left a written review. Kana is seriously one of the best teachers I've ever had. The material is easy to follow as long as you do the homework on a regular basis. And you're also free to experiment with your own sentences, it's definitely not super strict.

I took lessons for a couple months to prepare for a trip to Japan. I am a very quiet and reserved person, so I was nervous with this being my first time using italki. It turns out I had nothing to worry about, because Kana is an amazing teacher! She is extremely patient and friendly. Her teaching style is encouraging with her asking questions, but also slowing down or repeating herself if needed. I really appreciated all her help and infectious energy! I highly recommend Kana if you need to learn travel Japanese and feel more confident for your trip! Thank you again!
