Soy Laura, nací y vivo actualmente en Colombia, orgullosamente colombiana, estoy en mi segundo año de universidad, me gustan los animales, la naturaleza, viajar, y por supuesto los idiomas y las culturas, mi hobbie favorito es el baile. Las demás personas me describirían como una persona extrovertida, amigable, y habladora. Empecé a involucrarme en todo lo que tiene que ver con el aprendizaje de los idiomas a los 6 años cuando empecé a aprender mi segundo idioma.Minha atuação como professor
Me apasionan temas como la enseñanza, los métodos de aprendizaje, y el crecimiento personal, por eso me encanta educarme y tomar cursos sobre ésto. Por mi cualidades y aptitudes he tenido varios trabajos enseñando mis idiomas, tengo experiencia de casi 3 años en ésto. Mis estudiantes son mi mayor prioridad a la hora de transmitir mi conocimiento.Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino
Mi método de enseñanza se basa en la personalización, considero que cada persona es diferente, por lo tanto, cada persona necesita un plan personalizado hecho a la medida de la persona, basado en el nivel de la persona, los objetivos y por supuesto el método de aprendizaje favorito, para obtener los mejores resultados posibles.
Me siento muy inspirada por el método Montessori, si es posible, trato de adaptar un poco de las nociones de éste método para mis estudiantes.Meu material de ensino

Another great lesson with Laura. She is a very experienced, highly professional, and intuitive as to the needs of her students. Furthermore she is very proficient at English and how it relates to Spanish. If one desires a structured approach she can provide that too, whereas many instructors only provide adhoc conversation practice. I highly recommend Laura, she's the best!

I have taken over 1200 classes as a serious student of Spanish on I-talki since June of 2019, which means I have had a lot of varied experiences with many teachers. Laura, who I have only started takin classes with over the last two months, is one of the best teachers that I have had on I-talki. There are several things that need to be mentioned with regards to her excellence as a teacher: (1) Laura has pitched the classes at the perfect level for me (somewhere in the intermediate range), which challenges me to grow; (2) structure of her classes is excellent: she reviews past material then leads into new stuff; (3) presentations are clear, focused and engaging throughout; (4) draws from a range of mediums, including videos, which are well-selected; (5) introduces fascinating aspects of Colombian culture; (6) she is also patient and encouraging while always giving space for questions. I will be taking courses with Laura for many months as she has become integral to my growth. Thank you!

Laura is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She is so patient and ready to help and support you however you need. She really allows you to feel comfortable and make mistakes, the space she creates for her students is full of support, reassurance, and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

I've done 12 lessons with Laura and I'll do more lessons in the next months. I can say that Laura's lessons are amazing. I know I've improved my English thanks to her. Thanks a lot Laura!!!!

I just started learning spanish and would highly recommend Laura if you are a beginner. She is really good at focusing on the fundamentals and helping her students develop good habits.
