Hi! I’m Elisa, I’m from Venice, and I graduated in Political Science at Ca’ Foscari University with a thesis in the sociology of migration. Alongside teaching, I’m actively involved in social justice, human rights, and local activism.
I have been teaching Italian to foreign students through local associations focused on integration and support for immigrants, and this is something I continue to do. This experience has allowed me to work with people from diverse backgrounds and to see how language can truly connect and empower individuals.

I’m patient, friendly, and try to make lessons feel relaxed. I like creating a space where students can speak freely, make mistakes, and just enjoy using Italian. I speak fluent English, and I know Spanish and French well enough to help with communication if needed.
I enjoy getting to know my students as people and love hearing about their lives and interests, while making them feel relaxed and comfortable. For me, it’s important that you feel supported and confident right from the first lesson. Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino
My lessons are mainly conversation-based, focusing on speaking and using Italian in real situations. Depending on each student’s needs and interests, I can also use other materials, like articles, pictures, or short videos.
I love listening to students talk about their lives, interests, and experiences. I learn a lot from them, and I enjoy exploring whatever topics they like—sociology, current events, music, films, or anything else.
The main aim of my lessons is to help you speak Italian naturally, clearly, and with confidence.5.0

Elisa is such a kind and thoughtful person and a skillful teacher. Every conversation with her is so enjoyable and we discuss very interesting topics.
