Miriam is such a fun teacher and our lessons are wonderful. I see my progress and I fall in love with this language more and more. It helps a lot that Miriam is very present and supportive. She pushes me to try to talk, which helps the language progress a lot. Asante!

We went through foods, fruits and drinks, and made a plan for the next weeks for speaking more. Miriam is very good at motivating me and she does a really great job as a teacher. She explains in a way that is easy to understand and everything she does is with a smile. Asante sana! Wewe ni bora sana!

Today we practiced directions, and I feel like a talked a lot more than earlier, which means there is progress. Miriam is dedicated and wonderful. She takes her time and is starting to speak more and more Swahili to me to practice understanding and listening. And I love that she is pushing me a little. Asante sana, Miriam :D

Today was great! Miriam taught me about object concord, and we worked on translating sentences with different tenses. And we laugh a lot, which made the lesson so enjoyable, because it felt like hanging out with a friend, who is quit knowledgeable.
I learn so much from everything we do. Asante, Miriam!
