Derian Chen

Derian is a great teacher! Both of my sons enjoy his class very much ! It's not just about he is very professional in preparing learning materials, his method of teaching making students engaged, but also his outgoing, enthusiastic personality, everything making him an extreme high-value teacher. If you want to learn Chinese effectively and efficiently do not hesitate to try him !

Even in hard times always there to keep me going

I have been taking classes with Derian for more than 5 months so far I recommend him for sure if you are looking for serious improvements and value for your money his teaching style is comprehensive which includes reading, listening, speaking and writing tips . Derian is a professional patient teacher who loves to teach with passion.

Great first experience because ask basic fundamental questions in Bahasa Indonesia. The other teachers keep talking too much in English, with typical Indonesian style: patience word by word so slower and they like to have a chat there The Chinese style is faster (but you may ask to talk slower) , if your goal is to learn Bahasa Indonesia then to logically I recommend to book a lesson now and give it a try.

Another amazing lesson , I have been taking classes with him for quite some time and he is a really patient and understanding teacher. Sometimes I forget the words we have learned, yet he consistently makes an effort to correct me and provide explanations, while still offering numerous opportunities for me to speak in class. He encourages me greatly and is willing to assist in any way I need to improve my language skills.
