Teaching (and language learning) is who I am. In university, many of my friends were international students. I took pride in my ability to adapt my English to the appropriate level as they progressed. I was learning German, and this really helped me see things from their perspective. Now I am well-known in the Esperanto community - a regular teacher-in-residence at NASK and other events. In 1988 I became a tutor in a Free Esperanto Course (which I now administer), and when I left my IT career in 2016, I started teaching once a week at the local ESOL Association, as well as tutoring on line and in person. Teaching different languages in these situations has given me a unique perspective.

I began working as an English and German teacher about 8 years ago and have taught students of various age groups and cultural backgrounds. I have experience teaching both large and small groups offline, as well as offering one-on-one lessons online.

I LOVE it to teach, to learn and sharing knowledge. We have the ability to constantly learn something new. And if we´re enjoying it, then learning becomes easy - that helps us to reach our goals faster. And if some things need more time then accept it and don´t, everything is a process. Entweder in Kleingruppen oder online. Seit 2016 unterrichte ich zunehmend auch im Internet. In 2015/16 I completed additional education as a trainer for German as a foreign or second language. Then I first taught German for asylum seekers in Austria. Since 2016 I have been teaching more and more online.
