Attendance Policy, and Criteria No-show, No Refund: If a student doesn't show up on time without prior notice, I can wait for 20 minutes. After this, it will be considered a no-show, and the lesson fee will be fully charged. In the case of my no-show, the credit will be returned, and the next lesson will be free of charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling through the italki system is always OK. You don't need to ask me. Cancellation: If you want to cancel the lesson at least 3 hours before the class time, I'll accept it.
