I began teaching Portuguese as a foreign language in 2008 and have over a decade of experience teaching English to children, teenagers, and adults — both online and in person. Over the past 10 years, I have taught both group and private classes. I spent 5 years working at a bilingual school, where I taught young children, and also worked for 2 years at a language school, teaching teenagers and adults. Currently, I teach Portuguese and English to adults online, focusing on personalized and goal-oriented learning.

I studied Latin at the University (Universidade Federal do Paraná) as well as French and Italian. In 2016 I lived in France and in 2017 I got the DALF C1 certificate in French language. I work as a French teacher in Curitiba since 2017. Here I would like to teach both Portuguese and French. As I said before, I'm really polite, patient and I prepare classes based on students' interests and necessities.

For good results, I used to split an hour in 20 min of chatting, 20 min of reading and interpreting and then 20 min of chatting based on in what we've just read and argued about. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Portuguese and German Studies and a Bachelor of Education on the same field. My main activity in the moment is teaching German to brazilian nurses that will be sent to work in Germany. So far I've been getting good results and the nurses that already went to Germany are super happy. In the past years I worked with many language schools and I also had an experience in a public school. During a brief period I taught Portuguese to refugees.
