4-1. 施設の利用方法の説明で使われることば・表現

みぶんしょうめいしょ / an ID card
例）身分証明書のご提示をお願いいたします。 / May I see your personal identification please?

うんてんめんきょしょう / a driver’s license

りようしゃ / a user, a visitor
例）こちらのお手洗いはカフェ利用者限定です。 / This toilet is for cafe users only.

ほんにん / the person himself
例）本人確認をさせていただきます。 / We would like to verify your ID.

だいひょうしゃ / a representative
例）代表者の名前と電話番号をご記入ください。 / Please fill in the name of the representative and their phone number.

れんらくさき / a [one’s] contact address

しようりょう / a rental fee [charge]

とうろくする / register (with an office)
例）利用者登録はお済でしょうか。 / Have you already signed up?

きにゅうする / enter, make an entry
