I would say that "Gosto de apreciar a natureza" or simply "Aprecio a natureza". Another alternative is to say "curtir" in place of "apreciar", but it sounds rather informal. Both of them I think that is more natural for Brazilians,

Although the literal translation is "Eu aprecio a natureza", nobody speaks like this, sounds weird! A native brazilian would say "Eu curto a natureza" or "Eu adoro a natureza".
