What does "heading out" means and How can I use it correctly?, please give me some examples to understand it!

"To head out" means "to leave" and implies that there is a specific purpose or destination. Make sure you eat breakfast before you head out. We will be heading out at 0800 tomorrow. If you want to get there on time, we should head out now.
