Sou formado em Jornalismo, sendo assim gosto de ler, escrever e conversar. Dessa forma gosto de trabalhar esses três quesitos com os meus alunos e fico muito feliz com o avanço do aprendizado deles. Sou calmo, descontraído e busco as melhores formas para adequar as aulas com o que for melhor para o estudante se desenvolver e procurar mostrar um pouco da minha cultura, cidade para servir de estimulante.My lessons & teaching style
Meu método de ensino consiste em aulas teóricas, onde haverá uma explanação sobre alguns aspectos do idioma e que são importantes no aprendizado, porém a maior parte do curso será focada nas práticas, pois só aprende se desafiando a falar e a escrever. Dessa forma teremos atividades que irão fazer com que os alunos pratiquem a conversação e a escrita. Serão utilizados textos, músicas, vídeos, ilustrações e tudo o que for necessário para o aprendizado e que só depois de iniciar as aulas que conseguiremos perceber o percurso mais fácil para o aluno se desenvolver.My teaching material

I am so happy I found Jonatas! We have been meeting for the past couple of weeks and not only I am enjoying the classes, but I feel little by little have been learning and feeling more comfortable speaking (or at least trying to speak in Portuguese)
He is very organized and knowledgeable, his schedule is very flexible, and the has good materials during the class. Recommend for anyone looking to learn Portuguese!

Jonatas is very easy to speak with. Today, we did a free-style conversation and talked about different regions in Brazil, visiting other places, and missing home. Then he created a very fun exercise with a list of questions and I had a great time. Thank you, Jonatas!
