Karin

Karin is a fantastic teacher. She is very patient and motivated and she explains grammar in an easy way and is always prepared and ready to talk! I really enjoy having classes with her because we always have conversations on different topics so that I can expand my vocabulary and practise speaking. Today we talked about sleeping and covered some pronunciation differences between 'ch' and 'h'. I am lucky to have found Karin and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Slovak.

This was a great class. It was well-organized. Karin goes beyond what I would have expected for a conversation class. She is focused and remains on task. Additionally, she continues to speak in Slovak even when I try to use English as a crutch. I really appreciate this. I recommend her highly to students hoping to improve their Slovak speaking and conversation skills.

Karin is superb at teaching anyone Slovak. She is a native speaker who encourages you to speak and read in class. Even though Slovak has tricky grammar, she explains it to you in a very understandable way. I appreciate all the help she has given me.
