Al ser comunicadora de profesión me relaciono muy bien con las personas y me gusta conocer sobre sus culturas. Hello! My name is Karen and I am Peruvian. I live in Lima where Spanish is quite standard. I interact very well with people and I like to know about their cultures since I studied Communications. Hace más de cuatro años que me dedico a la enseñanza del Español. Tengo experiencia enseñando tanto a principiantes como a alumnos avanzados de todas partes del mundo. Mi constante formación como profesora ELE me permite ayudar a mis alumnos a cumplir con todas las competencias necesarias (Comprensión Escrita, Expresión Escrita, Comprensión Oral, Expresión e Interacción Escrita) para que puedan desenvolverse fluidamente.
I have been teaching Spanish for more than three years. I have experience teaching both beginners and advanced students from all over the world. My constant training as an ELE teacher allows me to help my students to meet all the necessary skills to speak Spanish fluently.My lessons & teaching style
Mis clases son completamente personalizadas a las necesidades del estudiante. Preparo material de acuerdo al nivel del alumno. Procuro abordar al menos dos competencias por clase con todo tipo de ejercicios interactivos.
Además, trabajo mucho en la confianza del alumno al hablar. Esto debido a que en muchos casos la expresión e interacción oral son las principales dificultades.
My classes are completely personalized to the needs of the student. I prepare material according to the student's level. I try to tackle at least two competitions per class with all kinds of interactive exercises. In addition, I work a lot on the student's confidence when speaking.My teaching material

Karen is an excellent teacher! She lets our conversations flow and finds the right moment to correct my errors. I enjoy the Youtube videos she sends me. The topics are interesting and I have learned a lot about Latin American culture through them. They also serve as an effective aide for discussing challenging topics and increasing my vocabulary. Karen is very patient and is fun to talk to. I highly recommend her.
