I am 25 and I am a certified English teacher. My biggest passion is travelling. I love to learn about different cultures and ways of living. You will never look at one place the same way as you used to if you have been to another one. Currently I live in Mexico and I think my experience is priceless. I love the culture, the language and, of course, the food. Every day is full of little discoveries about the place where I live. Learning another language is a journey for me. I always dreamt to be a teacher, since the first grade I knew that I was going to be a teacher. I started to teach at the age of 17 when I came back to Russia from the United States. I was working in the language centers, schools, I was giving individual classes both offline and on-line. I am working with children and adults, in groups and individually and the biggest insight from these 5 years of teaching is that YOU WILL ALWAYS LEARN WHEN YOU TEACH.My lessons & teaching style

There’s so much I can say, where to start?
I guess I can start by saying there’s only a few people in this world that can teach how Anya does, which is in a highly professional, creative, empathic and above all else, patient manner. She is unlike any teacher I’ve ever encountered, holding great attributes like being very funny, outgoing and flexible, and above all else is that she is not like other teachers that can and will make fun of you for making mistakes, instead she helps you every step of the way, that’s why I think she is at the epitome of her profession, and she shines like no other!
After having 20 lessons with her, my Russian has improved greatly, from being unable to speak and being a beginner, to having a very decent amount of fluency.

I started as a beginner learning Russian and have been working with Anya for over 6 months. Anya has created a great step by step lesson plan that has helped me improve upon my skills. She comes to lessons well prepared and makes the student feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to others as a teacher.
