During a trial lesson, we usually conduct a short interview so that I can find out the current level of the student and offer an appropriate curriculum and materials. You can also try out the technical tools (Miro online board) that we use in our lessons. 
If you write me some information about yourself in advance (where, how long and how you have studied the language before; your level; your goals; your learning preferences, etc.), we can make the most of our trial lesson.

During the years of my teaching practice I have created the effective structured course that is based on best materials developed by different Russian methodists. Every time though the course is individually tailored to every new student.  
On the lesson we work with different aspects of the language and have lots of step-by-step exercises. Students do grammar tasks at home mostly and when we are on-line we have differently organized speaking practice, listen to recordings, answer questions about new material, etc.  

I also use some authentic materials like songs, video extracts and cartoons during this course.
