Greetings – how to say “Hello” (გამარჯობა) and introduce yourself (“I am… / მე ვარ…”).
Numbers 1–10 – practice counting together in Georgian.
Basic everyday words – such as book, paper, table, chair, and cup. We will use pictures and objects instead of translations, so you can connect the words directly with their meaning.
I use as little English as possible, so you’ll start thinking in Georgian right away. The lesson is interactive and simple—you will practice speaking from the very beginning.
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to introduce yourself, greet someone, count to 10, and recognise some everyday words in Georgian.

Georgian For Absolute Beginners

Forming simple sentences, yes/no questions, basic verbs.

Elementary / Beginner+ (A1)

Specialized one-year training program focused on teaching Georgian as a second and foreign language. The course covered modern language teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and strategies for helping learners of different ages and levels achieve fluency in Georgian. Successfully completed with a strong focus on practical classroom techniques and student-centered learning.

Planning and conducting lessons in the Azerbaijani-speaking sector together with a local teacher; checking students’ homework; identifying recurring mistakes, analyzing their causes, and creating additional materials to help eliminate those errors.

Designed and adapted educational materials for the Georgian Language Preparatory Program (for non-Georgian-speaking students).
