This is a trial lesson: a first lesson to get to know each other and figure out your level and your goals. We will decide together what our approach will be to lessons. This is only for adults. I do not do trials for kid's classes.

I like to use a textbook as a base for material, but don't worry--we won't be doing boring grammar exercises the whole time. I believe those kinds of exercises are best saved for homework. In my classes, we will speak, speak, speak--starting from day 1. I use lots of different materials to make you speak, including lots of images--as they say, a picture's worth a thousand words.

Lessons for Adults

Classes for 12 and under. These will be fun and dynamic. We will talk about things your child likes. In the past, for example, I have done Pokemon-themed lessons.

Kid's Classes

This is for students interested in legal English. If your level is lower, we will engage with a textbook and news articles relevant to the law and your practice. If your level is already advanced, you will learn to read real legal texts in English.
