Vous vivez à l'étranger ? Peut-être que c'est permanent, ou peut-être que vous êtes seulement de passage. Peut-être avez-vous vécu à l'étranger et avez décidé de rentrer dans votre pays d'origine? Comme beaucoup de mes étudiants, je n'habite pas dans mon pays d'origine et la vie d'expat (ou d'immigrant.e) n'est pas toujours facile. Les différences culturelles, les barrières linguistiques, se faire de nouveaux amis... vivre à l'étranger n'est pas toujours un conte de fée. Mais c'est aussi une formidable opportunité d'apprendre une nouvelle langue, de rencontrer des gens venus du monde entier, de découvrir d'autres cultures etc. Parlons-en!

Nous discuterons des expériences positives ou négatives de chacun à l'étranger. Grâce à la ressource disponible avant la leçon vous pourrez préparer quelques idées, mais la conversation sera libre. Vous pourrez interagir avec les autres étudiants et découvrir différents parcours et enrichir votre lexique lié au voyage et à l'expatriation / l'immigration.

I graduated in Law in 2013 but decided to change my career and teach when I moved to Vancouver in 2018. I got a certification to teach French as a second language in 2019. That same year I started teaching in different schools in Vancouver (in person). 4 years later I have experience teaching online & in person, teaching to adults, teenagers and children both in group and one on one, preparing high quality classes, creating and adapting material for my students.
