L'eau est au cœur de la question de l’hygiène au Moyen Âge. Elle est disponible dans les villes grâce à la proximité des sources, telles que rivières, lacs et puits. Nous avons l'habitude de croire que l'homme au Moyen Âge est sale. C'est faux.  Cependant, l'eau courante est très rare et le bain quotidien n'est pas un plaisir accessible à tous. Un seigneur peut avoir dans son château l'eau courante et même une baignoire qu'il prend avec lui dans les voyages. Alors qu'un simple paysan ne connaît le bain que plusieurs fois par an. Malgré cela, il est obligatoire de se laver et surtout de se laver les mains avant et après le repas, car la plupart des gens mangent leurs repas sans couteaux, fourchettes ou cuillères.

R - Não, ainda faltam dez minutos, como falei, só começa às nove e meia. E - Pensei que fosse às nove e cinco, pois meia não é cinco? Você pode escrever aqui a hora que começa? R - Nove e meia, assim, veja, nove horas e trinta minutos. E - Ah, entendi, meia é trinta. R - Isso mesmo, meia é trinta. Mais uma coisa, Senhor, tenho aqui um folder de um hotel que está fazendo um preço especial para os congressistas, o senhor já está hospedado? E - Sim, eu já estou hospedado na casa de um amigo. R - Em qual bairro, Senhor? E - No trinta bocas. R - Trinca bocas? Não existe esse bairro em Fortaleza. Não seria seis bocas? E - Isso mesmo, no bairro meia-boca. R - Não é meia-boca, é um bairro nobre, um bairro chique! E – Ah, então deve ser cinco bocas. R - Não, seis bocas, entende? ‘‘Run‘‘ stands for the routine, well-defined processes. 

‘‘Change‘‘ — for expanding to the unknown, innovative or experimental. 

Runners and Changers are different people. 

A common mistake in companies is to combine Running and Changing in the same person. 

For example, Runner managers are good administrators. They are good at building processes within the department and making sure that daily tasks get done.

Changer managers are visionaries and strategists who aren’t strong in the day-to-day operations. They implement new projects and ideas.
