The collateral effect

こんにちは。日本では2022年7月から、新しいアニメ番組（ばんぐみ）の放送（ほうそう）・配信（はいしん）が開始（かいし）されました。この時期（じき）に放送が開始されるアニメ番組を「夏（なつ）アニメ」と呼びます。

今回の夏アニメで、続編（ぞくへん）では無い新作（しんさく）で、原作（げんさく）の無いアニメ『リコリス・リコイル』が人気（にんき）だと知り興味（きょうみ）を持ちました。話している現在（げんざい）、配信された第6話（だいろくわ＝episode 6）まで見てみました。

日本のアニメの多くは、マンガやゲーム、ライトノベル＝手軽（てがる）に読んで楽しめる小説（しょうせつ）など、原作を持っています。しかし『リコリス・リコイル』＝略（りゃく）して『リコリコ』は、オリジナルのストーリーで製作（せいさく）されました。

近未来（きんみらい）の少し本物（ほんもの）と違う（ちがう）日本で、治安（ちあん）を守る（まもる）ために、密かに（ひそかに）悪人（あくにん）を抹殺（まっさつ）する、女子高生姿（じょしこうせいすがた）のエージェントの活躍（かつやく）を描いた（えがいた）作品（さくひん）です。

可愛い（かわいい）女の子が銃（じゅう）で戦う（たたかう）お話で、彼女（かのじょ）たちにも、彼女たちが所属（しょぞく）する組織（そしき）も、そして敵（てき）にも多くの謎（なぞ）がありそうですね。

内容（ないよう）で判る（わかる）ように男性（だんせい）ファン向け（むけ）の作品（さくひん）です。明るい（あかるい）性格（せいかく）の最強（さいきょう）エージェント"千束"（ちさと）と、冷静沈着（れいせいちんちゃく）な性格の"たきな"の2人が相棒（あいぼう）となる、バディ（buddy）モノのストーリーです。男性ファンが喜び（よろこび）そうな描写（びょうしゃ）が沢山（たくさん）ありますよ。

特（とく）に第4話は、ファンから"百合（ゆり）"回（かい）と呼ばれているようです。百合（＝ lily ）は花の名前ですが、…別の意味もあります。ここで、その意味は話さない事にしましょう。

『リコリコ』のテーマは、第1話の冒頭（ぼうとう）に語られています。私たち日本人の多くは、自分たちは他の国より比較的（ひかくてき）豊かで（ゆたかな）、安全（あんぜん）な国に住んでいると信じています。

しかし、この多くの日本人が信じてきた「神話（しんわ）」は揺らぎ（ゆらぎ）、崩壊（ほうかい）しつつあると感じている人が多数（たすう）います。そこまで自覚（じかく）しなくとも、将来（しょうらい）に不安（ふあん）を感じている人は、もっと多く（おおく）いるでしょう。

現在（げんざい）日本は経済格差（けいざいかくさ）が広がり、収入（しゅうにゅう）を得られぬ（えられぬ）人が増えています。現在の境遇（きょうぐう）に不満（ふまん）を抱き（いだき）、未来（みらい）に希望（きぼう）を持てぬ人が多数います。

日本の犯罪数（はんざいすう）が劇的（げきてき）に増えている訳ではありませんが、社会に対する不満（ふまん）を動機（どうき）にした、様々な凶悪事件（きょうあくじけん）が起きるようになりました。

 『リコリコ』は2022年7月2日より放送されました。その直後（ちょくご）の7月8日、安倍晋三（あべしんぞう）元総理大臣（もとそうりだいじん）、安倍元首相（しゅしょう）が射殺（しゃさつ）される事件が起きます。

多くの日本人が、この事件に日本の「安全神話」が失われた現実を見て、ショックを受け言葉を失ったように私は感じました。

マンガやアニメは娯楽（ごらく）、エンターテインメントですが、同時（どうじ）にこの時代（じだい）を反映（はんえい）する、時代を映す（うつす）鏡（かがみ）です。『リコリコ』は将に（まさに）、今の日本社会を反映した作品になりました。

第4話以降（いこう）重い（おもい）、ハードな展開が予想される『リコリコ』。凶悪な事件が頻発（ひんぱつ）する世界に抗う（あらがう）ように、敵を殺さぬ不殺（ふさつ）のヒロインとして戦う"千束"。今後の展開が楽しみです。

最後に。『リコリス・リコイル』のオープニングにも登場する、情報部員（じょうほうぶいん）の"ミズキ"が飲む（のむ）お酒（さけ）には、瓶（びん）に銘柄（めいがら）、お酒の名前が「泥酔（でいすい）」と書いてあります。

「泥酔」とはひどく酔う（よう）、酔っぱらって泥（どろ）のようになる、意識（いしき）が無くなりぶっ倒れて（たおれて）寝て（ねて）しまう状態（じょうたい）、という意味です。

そんなお酒、絶対（ぜったい）に飲んではいけません！それでは、さようなら。

【第11回】2022年夏アニメは、『リコリス・リコイル』が人気です

“I’d really like to participate in a drawing contest, which is organised by my university every year, and the first three prize winners actually go forward to a national drawing contest. I wasn’t so into drawing over the years, but I found that during all the covid lockdowns that it was a great way to pass the time, and really helped me from going stir crazy stuck at home every day during the numerous lockdowns we had.

 

I recently showed some of my friends a few of my sketches, which are mostly landscapes, and they were very complimentary, and suggested that I enter a competition, which gave me a boost of confidence. 

I imagine that the  competition would be pretty stiff for this contest, but i feel confident that i’ve really developed my skills enough over the past year or so, and with my friends and families encouragement have been able to get the nerve up to show off my drawing skills in public.

 

I guess the main reason i’d like to take part in this contest is that i’ve really grown to love drawing, and feel it would actually be a lot of fun to enter, as well as giving me a new challenge which i think i’m now ready for. Another reason is of course the chance of winning a nice prize, and maybe even having my drawing going forward to the national contest, which would really be amazing.
