It's polite to explain why you are unable to accept an invitation or offer.
For example:
I'd love to but I'm busy, I'm visiting my sister this weekend.

みなさん、こんにちは。ごはん太郎です。
まだまだ寒い日が続きますね。みなさんは日本のお茶が好きですか？
今日はほうじ茶ラテの作り方をご紹介します。

ほうじ茶は日本のお茶の中でも、香ばしい味わいが人気です。

材料は・・・
ほうじ茶の茶葉　大さじ１
（又は　ティーバッグ　１個）
牛乳　１５０ml
水　１００ml
ハチミツ　お好みで

作り方は・・・
（１）　小鍋に水１００mlを入れて沸かします。
（２）　ほうじ茶の茶葉を入れて、濃いめのほうじ茶を作ります。
（３）　次に牛乳１５０mlを入れて温めます。沸騰させないようにしてください。
（４）　お好みでハチミツを加えます。
（５）　茶こしでこして、カップに注（そそ）ぎます。

ほうじ茶と牛乳が意外と合って、とても美味しいです。ぜひ作ってみて下さいね！

Don’t try to change who you are. Just learn to steer with it.
Pessimism doesn’t mean you’re giving up—it means you’re prepared to endure.
