有几件恢复能量的小事。第一件，和植物待一会。无论街边的树，家里的绿植，还是野外的花，都会让你感受到植物的宁静和能量。
第二件，向上看，再向上看。人类在向上看时会产生愉悦感。我们看向云朵，看向天空，眼光瞬间开阔。
第三件，自己待4分33秒。可以是家、公司、公园，闭上眼睛，打开计时器，倒数4分33秒，明显会放松，让人恢复力量。

表演 vs 表现：Differ Them at Once!

El taco en México es uno de los platillos emblema a nivel internacional, por la gran variedad que tienen; desde tamaño, si son suaves o duros, hasta el contenido que lleva el taco. Desde un ingrediente hasta todo un platillo completo en un solo taco, los puedes encontrar desde un puesto en la calle hasta restaurantes gourmet.

Es considerado la comida rápida en México, pero con un excelente valor nutritivo. Puede ser un taco que tiene carne, verduras o frutas; o solo vegetales, puede ir desde carne al vapor o bien algún producto frito.

Usualmente la tortilla puede ser de varios ingredientes desde harina de trigo o nopal, o la tradicional harina de maíz.

La tortilla es consumida desde la época Precolombina y se prepara con un proceso de nixtamalización (maíz, agua y cal); después pasa por el metate para hacer la masa, y de ahí toma la forma de la tortilla.

Sin embargo, el taco hizo que, durante la época de la conquista, existiera la primera taquiza o el acto de comer en un colectivo tacos; iniciado por Hernán Cortes en Coyoacán.

Los primeros tacos eran de mole, guajolote y hasta de xoloitzcuintle (raza de perro). Antes de llegar a un estatus de comida gourmet, gracias a la nueva cocina mexicana, era considerada comida para la clase trabajadora.

El taco se puede dividir en 2 categorías, por tipo de carne o relleno y el otro por tipo de preparación.

Un mexicano te dirá que el éxito de un taco, más allá de la tortilla o el relleno, será la salsa. Este es uno de los ingredientes indispensables: desde una salsa roja (jitomate), salsa verde (tomate), guacamole (aguacate y chile serrano), pico de gallo (jitomate, cebolla y chile verde).
