今回も、飲食店、レストランなどでのオーダー方法についてはなしますね。

店員さんとのやりとりのイメージを話します。


何名さまですか？
ー2人です。

こちらにお座りください
ーありがとうございます。

メニューを渡してくれます。
今日のオススメはーです。
のちほどおうかがいします。
と言って、店員さんは席を離れます。

オーダーが決まったら、店員さんを呼びます。
店員さんと目があったら手をあげると来てくれます。
少人数で働いている店がほとんどだと思います。
もしかしたら、気づいてもらえないかもしれません。

そういった時は、店員さんを呼ばないといけないかもしれません。その時は、
すみません。
すみません、注文良いですか。
すみません、注文お願いします。
など言ってください。ちょうど聞こえるぐらいの大きさが良いですね。大きすぎても良くないので。

気づいてくれたら、席に来てくれます。
そこから注文をします。

ーを1つと、ーを1つと、ーを1つください。
以上です。
といいます。

だいたいのお店では注文の確認があります。
オーダーがちゃんと通っているか、復唱して確認することが多いです。
店によっていろいろ聞かれることがあります。
例えばラーメン屋では、麺のかたさはどうしますか？とか、
カレー屋さんでは、辛さはどうしますか？とか、
コーヒーに砂糖、ミルクはいれますか？とか、
お飲み物はいつおもちしますか？など。

かためでお願いします。
2でお願いします。
あ、いらないです。
食後で/一緒にお願いします。

などと言います。
これでオーダーは完璧です！

最近はコロナの影響があって、
食券を買う店があったり、
モバイルオーダーがあったり、
席でタブレットでオーダーしたり、
いろんなオーダー方法があります。

小さい店や昔からある店は、会計方法が現金だけしかない店もありますので、入る前に確認したほうがいいかもしれないですね。
