To effectively overcome nervousness, it is important to prepare thoroughly, practice positive self-talk, engage in breathing exercises, visualize success, engage in physical exercise, and arrive early. 

By implementing these strategies, you can calm your nerves and present yourself confidently and effectively during your job interview.

Remember, confidence comes with practice, so don't be discouraged if it takes time to overcome nervousness. Keep practicing and you will eventually feel more at ease.

みなさん、お元気ですか？
僕は元気です！

さて、今日はルーティンについて、話します。
みなさんは、ルーティンが好きですか？
どんなルーティンを持っていますか？

僕はルーティンが好きです。
僕がしているルーティンは、例えば、
ランニングとか、ヨガ、トレーニング、などですね。

毎日やることを決めます。
できるだけ、
同じ時間、例えば朝の7時、
同じ長さ、例えば30分、
走る、とか、ヨガする、とか決めます。

人は21日間続けると、習慣になるそうです。
21日ぐらいまでは、しないことが当たり前なので、毎日することが大変です。
でも、21日をすぎると、やることが当たり前になります。
だから、やらないと、"あ、今日やってないな、やろうか"というふうに脳が変わっていくようです。
おもしろいですよね。

この時、はじめに21日間続けるのが大変ですね。
その時の個人的なポイントは、
ハードルを下げること、ですね。
要は、簡単にする、ということですね。

例えばランニングを習慣にしたい人は、はじめから長い距離、長い時間は走らず、短い距離、時間で走ります。
少し物足りないなと感じるぐらいがちょうどいいと思います。

僕は、自分のルーティンを今見直しているところです。
やりたいことがたくさんあるけど、まだできていないことも多いです。

それを少しでもルーティンに入れたいと思っています。
