Is your company experiencing constant downsizing, hiring freezes, or departmental mergers? These frequent changes can create a stressful atmosphere and signal potential instability.

Does your manager avoid discussing future goals or your role in the company's direction? A lack of transparency regarding career paths and long-term plans can be a red flag.
