Açıklama
Much of everyday Indian English now happens in short messages: chats with colleagues, family groups, delivery updates, team channels. These messages have their own style. You may see "Gm sir", "Hw r u?", "Ok np", "Will do da", "Pls send asap", "Reached?", "Call me wen free", or mixed-language messages like "Kal milte hain, ok?" (See you tomorrow, ok?) written in Roman letters. What you will learn: • Common abbreviations • One-word and short questions • Mixed-language (code-mixed) messages • Tone markers in texts • Formal written VS texted English • Replying well • Practice: decode the message • Listening strategies • Self-check questions to test your ear Level: B1–B2. Self-study: listen, then take the quizzes. Audio voiced with AI from an original script by Dr. Rashmi R Nair.
