Açıklama
A gentle Malayalam track for young children, to listen to with a parent. Five minutes a day is plenty. For children aged roughly three to six. The track goes through the vowels and the first consonants, with a picture word for each letter (അ for അമ്മ, ആ for ആന, ക for കാക്ക), then chants the aksharamaala the way every Kerala child learns it. After that come the first everyday words a small child needs, each said three times. A note for parents: don't test and don't correct. Just be the person the sounds come from, even if you are learning alongside them. Words and phrases in this class: അമ്മ (amma) – mother ആന (aana) – elephant ഇല (ila) – leaf ഉറുമ്പ് (urumbu) – ant ഊഞ്ഞാൽ (oonjaal) – swing എലി (eli) – mouse ഏണി (eni) – ladder ഒട്ടകം (ottakam) – camel കാക്ക (kaakka) – crow മേഘം (megham) – cloud തെങ്ങ് (thengu) – coconut tree ചോറ് (choru) – rice In this class: • A note for the grown-up: how to use this with a child • The vowels, each with a picture word • The first consonants, and the aksharamaala chant • First everyday words, repeated for little ears Quizzes below.
