When speaking, don't use the pronoun 'I'.
(I think... I suggest... I propose...)

Instead, use 'you'.
(You can... You need to... You should...)
This makes your audience feel the focus is on them, and then they will want to listen to what you have to say.

Even better, to fully integrate yourself into a global team, use 'we'.
(We have to... We could... We will be able to....)
This shows you are all working towards the same goal and helps people accept you into their circle.

Сегодня я встала очень рано, в 4 часа утра. 
Я не могу поверить, что я встала так рано! 
У меня были уроки. Мне очень нравится моя работа, так как я знакомлюсь с разными людьми со всего мира. Я узнаю много нового. 
Я работала 4 часа утром, потом у меня был перерыв и я решила приготовить себе завтрак. Обычно, я никогда не завтракаю. Но вчера я купила вкусные булочки и сегодня я решила подогреть их в духовке и сделать бутерброд. Ещё я приготовила себе вкусный кофе с молоком, хотя мне нельзя пить кофе. У меня плохое зрение и говорят, что людям с плохим зрением лучше не употреблять много кофеина. Но я думаю, что одна чашечка кофе не навредит мне. Ещё я хотела пойти в спортзал, так как совсем недавно оформила себе подписку, но ходила туда только 3 раза, так как у меня очень много дел. Я постараюсь пойти в спортзал сегодня вечером. Сейчас я продолжу работать и потом постараюсь приготовить обед. Пока что это всё.

みなさんは、どんな番組(ばんぐみ)をみますか？私は、YouTubeでオーディション番組をみます。

話したこと🗣
こんにちは。うれしいニュースがありました。
いわさき けいいちさんという日本人が、BGT(ブリテンズ・ゴット・タレント)でゴールデンブザーを獲得(かくとく)しました。BGTはオーディション番組です。イギリスで放送(ほうそう)されています。いわさきさんは、自転車(じてんしゃ)で旅をするマジシャンです。大がかりなマジックはしません。ユーモアのあるクロースアップマジックをしました。司会(しかい)のアントとデック、それから審査員のアリーシャをステージの上に呼んで、マジックで審査員たちを楽しませました。審査員たちは笑顔でスタンディングオベーションをしました。そして、アントとデックがゴールデンブザーをおしました！
私はYouTubeでその動画をみました。いわさきさんのマジックはとてもおもしろかったので、ゴールデンブザーを獲得して、すごくうれしいきもちになりました。
みなさんはオーディション番組をみますか？オーディション番組で、どんな人がすきですか？歌手やマジシャン、いろいろな人が登場します。私は、びっくりするようなマジシャンやおもしろい人がすきです。ぜひ、コメントしてくださいね。それでは、またね～

Speaker 1: For me, having a dumbphone would be …dumb. I really like surfing the web on my phone to find out about things. If I hear the name of an actor I don’t know about, I can look them up, or if I‘m in a new place and I want to find a restaurant to go to, I can find somewhere easily. Plus, I love Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I follow loads of celebrities and I love to watch concerts and live-tweet what is happening. Without my smartphone, my friends wouldn’t know what I was doing. It would feel very strange.

Speaker 2: I’m seriously thinking about getting a dumbphone. I hate how the battery on my smartphone is in control of my life. I always have to find somewhere to charge the phone when I’m out and I’m always worried about it. I also don’t like the way search engines record your history and use it to sell you things. I feel as though my attention is always taken away from everything I do with my smartphone because I use it so much. I was with a friend the other day and after a while, we were sitting there not talking, just looking at our phones. It was like our phones just killed the conversation. We didn’t even realize it was happening.

Speaker 3: I like the idea of a dumbphone. I’m just not sure if I would like it in practice. I travel a lot with my work, so it really helps being able to access my inbox when I’m out. If I didn’t, I would spend all my time in the office answering emails. I also have a favorite podcaster who I listen to all the time when I’m traveling. I can download his latest episode and pass the time when I’m on a flight or a train. I do enjoy being offline as I feel as though I am always using my phone to communicate, with email, Skype, phone calls, and text. But I think if I didn’t have access to the Internet most of the time, I would worry.
