Всем привет! Вот, сегодня воскресенье - последний выходной практически для всех. А кто-то работает в воскресенье. Есть люди, которые работают в воскресенье. 
Но всё же я надеюсь, что в этот день вы хорошо отдохнули, хорошо провели время в кругу семьи или с друзьями, или даже наедине с собой. И сегодня я написала для вас небольшой текст. 


Внизу я оставлю мой текст, который я написала для вас, чтобы вам было легче понимать. Пока вы слушаете, вы можете всегда пройтись глазами по тексту, прочитать текст, чтобы вам было понятно. 
Ну что, приступим, начнём, как говорится. 


Сегодня воскресенье и это значит, что сегодня последний день отдыха. Обычно я не работаю много в этот день, хотя иногда я провожу уроки утром и вечером. 
Сегодня я встала очень поздно, потому что вчера вечером смотрела американский сериал "Калейдоскоп ужасов". Мне очень нравится смотреть ужастики. 
Потом я вспомнила, что у меня закончились продукты  и пошла в магазин. Обычно я никогда не делаю список того, что надо купить. Но в этот раз я забыла купить овощи. Когда я пришла домой, уже было 3 часа. Я приготовила обед и потом решила немножко отдохнуть. 
Сейчас я вяжу новый свитер. Кто не знает, мне очень нравится вязать.  А как проходит ваше воскресенье?

Be Prepared to Compromise:  Recognize that concessions are often necessary. Identify areas where you have flexibility and be willing to make trade-offs that won't severely hinder your core objectives.

Active Listening and Collaboration:

Listen Attentively:  Pay close attention to their concerns and reservations. Ask clarifying questions to ensure a complete understanding of their perspective.

Collaborative Problem-Solving:  Work together to address challenges.  Their insights might reveal unforeseen roadblocks or opportunities you haven't considered.

Maintaining Positive Dynamics:

Respectful Demeanor:  Throughout the negotiation, maintain a professional and respectful tone.  Avoid accusatory language or dismissive attitudes.

Focus on the Future: Don't dwell on past disagreements.  Keep the conversation focused on reaching a mutually beneficial solution moving forward.

Consistency is key to measurable progress. Confidence is grown from control and preparation.
