ぶんのつくりかた
 (Verbます形）ます←(けします) + すぎる／すぎて／すぎた

 この文法はJLPT N4の表現(ひょうげん)です。

きのうは、(ビールを)飲みすぎて、頭(あたま)が痛(いた）い。

I drank too much beer yesterday and my head hurts.
