Clothes, Tailors and Getting Dressed Up | Spoken Malayalam #096
Açıklama
English uses one verb, "wear", for everything: you wear a shirt, a saree, a watch and sandals. English speakers translate that single verb straight across and look for one Malayalam word for "wear". Malayalam does not work like that.
In this episode:
• The everyday clothes words
• Wrap it, put it on, tie it
• Sizes, fit and colours
• Talking to the tailor
• Compliments and getting ready
• Language bridge
• Practice
• Self-check questions with answers
