Directions Around the Neighbourhood | Spoken Malayalam #094
Açıklama
Kerala neighbourhoods rarely run on street names and house numbers. People give directions by landmarks: the junction, the shop, the bridge, the second bend. If you only know "Where is X?", you will understand the question but not the answer.
In this episode:
• Asking the way
• Left, right and straight
• Near and far
• Landmarks
• Taking an auto
• An invented scene: looking for the pharmacy
• Language bridge
• Practice
• Self-check questions with answers
