When selecting a title, think about its broad and inclusive nature. A good title should encapsulate the main idea or purpose of the passage without being too specific or narrow. It should be able to cover the entire content of the passage or section.

Avoid titles that are overly generic or too similar to the headings or subheadings within the passage. Look for titles that capture the uniqueness and distinctiveness of the content. A strong title should entice readers and give them a clear sense of what to expect from the passage.

Pay attention to any contrasting or conflicting ideas presented in the passage. Consider whether the title you choose accurately represents the overall message, even if there are opposing viewpoints or multiple perspectives.

Allocate a specific amount of time for each question and avoid spending too much time deliberating on a single title. If you're uncertain about a title, make an educated guess and move on.

年末の特別な食べ物はありますか？

日本では年末に年越しそば、年始におせちなどを食べます。
今回のPodcastでは、年越しそばについて、話します。


そばは細く長く伸びるので長生きや健康を願うために食べました。

また、そばの切れやすさから、その年の大変だったことを断ち切るために食べました。

どちらにしても、翌年がいい年になるように、という思いで食べるんですね。

ぼくは今トルコにいるので食べられないですけど、毎年年末には年越しそばを食べていました。

昔はそういう意味はあまり考えずに食べていました。
年末といえばそば！という感じですね。
