I’m 1.7m height. (Wrong) I’m 1.7m tall. (Natural) I’m 1.7m. (Good) I measure 1.7m. (Correct, but rather formal) My height is 1.7m. (Good) I have a height of 1.7m. (Correct but not too natural)
