--> "No (me) puedo creer que todavía estés en Italia. ¡Hace mucho [o: "muchísimo"] (tiempo) que estás allí! ¡Debe gustarte mucho el país!"
I put "me" and "tiempo" between brackets, as those are optional words: you can choose not to say them if you wish!
