Well,in my view,there are a variety of ways to improve sleep quality.Firstly, It's an effective method to go to the bed as possible as early. In addition,when lying on the bed,don't play games,chat with others,surf on the internet with your phone,just relieve yourself and close your eyes. Maybe listening to some smooth music and reading books is also a pretty great approach.

Once in bed, don't play video games, chat, or internet surf on your phone. Just lie there, relax and close your eyes. Also listening to smooth music and/or reading books is perhaps a great approach.
