This hits so hard. I can't remember how many times I think of giving up. But what motivates me was my goal, when I set my goal that I must do this and that, it helps me to move forward. Another thing is to reflect what I had achieved even just a small progress. It works for me so far. :)

This hits so hard. I can't remember how many times I've thought of giving up. But what motivates me are my goals. When I set a goal that I must do this and that, it helps me to move forward. Another thing is to reflect on what I have achieved, even if it's just a small amount of progress. It's worked for me so far. :)

I agree, it's easier to keep going when you focus on each step, one at a time! ^^
