Every part of her body is fake.

If I say,
Every part of her body is fake.

Answer

"She has had numerous Botox and plastic surgeries" is correct but sounds a bit more proper/formal. You can also say "She has had a lot of Botox and plastic surgeries" in casual conversation.

"Every part of her body is fake" can never be realistically true, so I would personally say "Almost every part of her body is fake."
