Gratitude every morning when I wake up, appreciating the food on my plate, exposing myself to the morning sun, lots of walking, writing down in my notebook how grateful I am for the life I am living. Having a cup of cappuccino and feeding cats and dog on the streets. Sounds like a powerful mindset! Don’t forget to put a space after commas and periods.
