In the U.S. we'll understand what you're saying, but it does not sound fluent. I would say: "My shoe didn't have good grip and the floor was slippery, so I fell down." "My tires do not have good grip on snow" (Or even better, "My tires do not have good traction on snow". But either one works.) 祝你好运！
