Both. On Saturday mornings, I'll hit the gym or go for a run to stay active. However, Saturday afternoons and Sundays are typically reserved for relaxation for me. I will read some ebooks, watch anime movies or simply spend time with my family and friends. It’s important for me to recharge for the upcoming week. I find that this balance of activity and rest helps me feel refreshed and ready for new challenges coming up.
