New member here (learning Thai - กำลังเรียนภาษาไทยตอนนี้) I cannot find a "how to" on taking my first class here on italki. I'm guessing that I buy the credits and reserve a time with a tutor I like, but what then? I guess I need to install skype. Ok, but how do I get the number to contact the teacher at the reserved time?

Personally, I recommend messaging the tutor before the first lesson to set expectations. There is a contact form that you can fill out or you can just send them a casual message. If you haven't met with a teacher before, you can do a "trial lesson" that is usually more affordable and shorter. Keep in mind that you might not connect with your first tutor. There are lots of options if that's the case. Good luck!

I think you click to make appointment, filling up credit will be required later. You’ll get info about the availability of teachers, if it fits you then it comes to booking a class :)
