I would prepare my luggage and leave for Italy immediately!!!  :D

I would read a novel in Italian, then organise a trip to Italy to a little village where nobody speaks English :)

I think the first thing I'd do is still go to the bathroom, my bladder doesn't really care about language skills. :-)
