That’s an problem I am keen on . As an insomnia person that would be a big help . I tried to search the solution’s online . The ways as follow 1. Enhancing exercise it is better to take exercise in the afternoon . 2. Rubbing the head before going to sleep,there are a lot of acu points on the head . Rubbing the hair with hands and massaging the scalp can improve blood circulation and eliminate the exhaustion then it’s easy to go to sleep. 3. Drinking less water before sleeping in order not to go to the bathroom and disturb your sleep 4. Keeping a good room temperature and light the darker the room is the better sleep you will get. 5. Choosing the comfortable beddings like mattress, pillows 6. Keep a good and positive mood , no matter what happened today and what are you going to do , please just consider one thing when you are in bed , that is sleeping now
