February 12th, 2025 There is a new employee (at my workplace) who is not willing to listen to any advice from the/our supervisor. He (usually) starts to give his own opinion right after being called out for doing something wrong. In my opinion, as long as you are new to a business, you’d better listen and follow the pieces of advice you are being given if you don't want to lose the/your chance to grow as a worker. Seeing him makes me think that it’s important to be open to any opinion..! Here is a picture of a dish called Pho I had for lunch :)
