Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present. Better: "the quote I remember and I like VERY much is when..." (instead of "too much" since it means "demasiado"). "too much" worked well in the next part: "when Paul cares too much about the future" :-)
