My favorite food is dumpling. I like dumpling very much. It is not only dumplings are delicious, but also making dumpling is a famliy event. My father makes dumpling wrappers, my mother mixes dumpling filling, my mother and I assemble dumplings. We make and cook dumpling, as well as, we chat together. That is a nice and warm family time. When dumplings appear with white steam and appetizing smell on the table, that is always a mouthwatering moment for me.
