If it's like an iPad I would expect it to be called a tablet, a tablet computer or, if it's an actual Apple iPad, then an iPad. "Tablet" could have other meanings so "tablet computer" is more precise if you want to avoid being brand-specific.

The general name for this is tablet but there are certain conventions that we use. If it's specifically an Apple device then we usually say iPad and less commonly iPad tablet. If it's any other company's device then we'd say [company brand] tablet such as Samsung tablet.

We would just call this an Android Tablet.
