I think all four are quite similar in terms of their meaning and usage but perhaps the difference would be a matter of how confident you are. “I suppose” and “I guess” is like you are 60-70% sure that is the case “I reckon” and “I think” would be more like 80-90% sure that is the case Hope that helps :)
